About
The category was mispriced because nobody was selling the right thing.
A franchise operator told me a competitor was selling AI phone agents for $300 a month. The deal I was working on, $2,500 a month per store with a $10,000 training fee, evaporated overnight.
My first instinct was to drop my price. Then I looked at what the $300 product actually did. It answered the phone. That was it. No conversion tracking, no revenue attribution, no CRM integration, no franchise-level reporting. Nothing the operator actually needed to run their business.
That is when I realized the entire category had been mispriced because nobody was selling the right thing. The competitors were selling voice. I was already building the infrastructure underneath the voice. The $300 product was not competition. It was proof the market had not figured out what AI in a franchise environment was actually for.
So I stopped calling it a phone agent. I named the company auto-logical.solutions because once you see what franchise operators actually need, the conclusion is inevitable.
